Christmas is coming... but this month I have something more elusive than Santa for you!


Introducing our Where's Waldo FAFO tee!


I am really excited about this tee. It brings me back to grade school and the excitment I felt turning each page.


Fun Fact! If you are lucky enough to win this tee make sure to look at it closely. With a keen eye you will a Waldo in each letter.

Thrust


Required Equipment

  • Dumbell (50/35/25)

  • Rifle / Pistol


Complete the following:

15 Left Hand Thruster

7 Rifle

15 Right Hand Thruster

7 Pistol

12 Left Hand Thruster

7 Rifle

12 Right Hand Thruster

7 Pistol

9 Left Hand Thruster

7 Rifle

9 Right Hand Thruster

7 Pistol


Weights:

Men's Elite: 50

Women's Elite / MIM: 35

WIM: 25

**Use the same weight entire workout

*Scale as necessary



Target:

3 - 1/4sheet of paper 8x11 printer paper as RIFLE target.

3 - 1/2 sheet of papere 8x11 printer paper as Pistol target.


Rifle Target Distance = 25 yrds (75ft)

Pistol Target Distance = 25 yrds (75ft)


Loudout:

3 x 7 Rifle

3 x 7 Pistol


Firing Position:

Free standing / no support = Rifle

Free standing / no support = Pistol


Setup:

  • Place targets (3 - 1/4 / 3 - 1/2 pieces of paper ) downrange stapled at shoulder height / Taller than wider.

  • Use one rifle and pistol target per round. (Max 7 hits per target).

  • Measure from targets up-range 75ft --> Mark firing line.  

  • Set your rifle and pistol at the firing line (can be on box or table).

  • Place your dumbbell behind the firing line.


Instructions:

  1. Athlete will start standing with dumbbell on ground behind the firing line.

  2. On go: athlete will perform 15 single hand thrusters - LEFT hand only

  3. Athlete will then go to firing line, load and fire 7 rifle shots standing without support.

  4. Perform Clearing Procedure

    - Remove magazine

    - Close bolt/slide

    - Point firearm downrange and pull trigger

    - Place rifle/pistol down

    - Raise both hands and yell out loud "clear!"

  5. Athlete will return to dumbbell and perform 15 single hand thrusters - RIGHT hand only.

  6. Then, go to firing line load and fire 7 pistol shots standing without support.

  7. Perform Clearing Procedure

    - Remove magazine

    - Close bolt/slide

    - Point firearm downrange and pull trigger

    - Place rifle/pistol down

    - Raise both hands and yell out loud "clear!"

  8. Athlete will repeat cycle for rounds of 12 and 9.

  9. Time ends once athlete yells clear following the final firing sequence.

 


Scoring:

Time + Misses (add 10sec per miss)

I did it twice and had some friends try out fitness and firearms for the first time!

Used 40lb db


1st round

1. Raw time: 6:46

2. Misses: 7 = 70 sec

3. Total time 7:56 or 476 seconds


2nd round

1. Raw time: 5:50

2. Misses: 5 = 50 sec

3. Total time: 6:40 or 400 seconds

6:36 = 396 seconds

20 rifle hits

15 pistol hits

7 misses total= 70 sec

Total score 466 seconds


We did this in the snow

I Used 35# DB ... and full snow suit 😆


We did way the targets wide not tall by accident but... that is just gonna have to be what it is for now ...we got it done in the winter wonderland and it started snowing at the end 😆❄️☃️🥶

50lb DB 7:42 + 14 Misses. Damn I'm Bad At Pistol = 10:02 Loadout was Kimber KHX with HoloSun Optic and Tavor X95 with Iron Sights.
