Happy New Year!!!... Before I get into the 1st special addition tee of 2026 I need to start off by thanking you all for all of the support in 2025. FAFO went from a idea, to a movement, to a community in what seemed to be a blink of an eye.


Our goal ... make '26 better then '25 ... How can we going to do that? .... With you all. He is my ask. If you are reading this share it with someone right now! If you are going to do the workout... ask someone to do it with you. If you see a FAFO post like it and comment.

MARCH 19th - APRIL 7th


  • 3 weeks

  • 2 workouts a week

  • CrossFit Open style format

  • Workouts dropped on Thursday morning - Submitted Tueday evening

Required Equipment

  • Pistol


Complete the following:

4 Rounds


1 min on / 1 min off

EMOM Style workout. 12 Pistol Shots

Max Burpee to Line


Weights:

  • no weight needed



Target:

4 - 1/4sheet of paper 8x11 printer paper as Pistol target.


Pistol Target Distance = 12 yrds (36ft)


Loudout:

4 x 12 Pistol


Firing Position:

Free standing / no support = Pistol


Setup:

  • Place targets (4 - 1/4 pieces of paper) downrange stapled at shoulder height / Taller than wider.

  • Use one pistol target per round. (Max 12 hits per target).

  • Measure from targets up-range 36ft --> Mark firing line.  

  • Set your pistol at the firing line (can be on box or table).

  • Mark Burpee Link anywhere behind firing line

  • Set up timer to repeating 1 min intervals.


Instructions:

  1. On go fire 12 pistol shots

  2. Perform Clearing Procedure

    - Remove magazine

    - Close bolt/slide

    - Point firearm downrange and pull trigger

    - Place rifle/pistol down

    - Raise both hands and yell out loud "clear!"

  3. With the remaining time left of the 1 min interval perform MAX burbees to the line.

  4. Rest 1 min.

  5. Repeat for 3 additional rounds.

 


Scoring:

1 point - hit on target.

1 point - burpee
