Happy Turkey Month!
I have really loved how collaborating has allowed us to hightlight you all out there so moving forward you must collaborate to be entered to win the monthy FAFO Tee.
This month is dedicated to all things thanksgiving. Its got an autumn feel perfect for the season.

Long shot...
Required Equipment
Sandbag (150/100/80/65)
Pistol
Complete the following:
4 Rounds
1 minute on 1 minute off
5 Hand Release Burpee Sandbag over shoulders
10 Pistol shots
Target:
4 - 1/4sheet of paper 8x11 printer paper as target.
*This will create a rectangle. Position the rectangle so it is taller than wider.
Pistol Target Distance: 25 yrds (75ft)
Loudout:
4 x 10 Pistol
Firing Position:
Free standing / no support
Setup:
Place targets (4 - 1/4 pieces of paper ) downrange stapled at shoulder height / Taller than wider.
Use one target per round. (Max 10 hits per target).
Measure from targets up-range 75ft --> Mark firing line.
Set your pistol at the firing line (can be on box or table).
Place your sandbag behind the firing line.
Instructions:
Athlete will start standing with sandbag on ground behind the firing line.
On go: athlete will perform 5 hand release burpee sandbag over shoulders
Then, go to firing line load and fire 10 pistol shots standing
****All exercise and shots must be completed within the minute!!!
Perform Clearing Procedure
- Remove magazine
- Close bolt/slide
- Point firearm downrange and pull trigger
- Place rifle/pistol down
- Raise both hands and yell out loud "clear!"
Athlete will rest the remainder of the time (if any time is left in the round)
Rest the next minute.
Repeat for 3 more shooting iterations
0:00 - 1:00 Exercise and Shoot / 1:00-2:00 Rest / 2:00-3:00 Exercise & Shoot / etc.
Scoring:
Number total hits.
Note: You should barely be finishing this in time period. Choose a bag weight that is chanlleging for you but leaves you at least 20 secs to compete your shooting. Shooting should feel rushed but completeable.
